1. Scope
This notice covers the pages served from GetAuctioneer.ca. It does not describe customer, bidder, consignor, payment, auction, or staff information handled inside the Auctioneer product. Those product practices require their own notices before the corresponding services are offered publicly.
2. Current website practices
The current website is a static informational site. It does not include an active contact form, user accounts, analytics, advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or marketing cookies.
The website stores only a language preference when a hosting or browser feature is later configured to do so; this initial version does not set that preference or any other browser storage itself.
3. Information you choose to send
Public email and telephone details are placeholders in this version. Once a contact channel is published, information you choose to send—such as your name, contact details, business information, and questions—will be used to respond to your inquiry and discuss Auctioneer with you.
This notice will be updated with retention and service-provider details before an active website form or mailing-list signup is introduced.
4. Hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security events. The selected provider’s role and applicable retention settings will be reviewed as part of deployment.
5. The Auctioneer product
This marketing website does not connect to Auctioneer customer accounts, the future staff login service, auction records, bidding, payments, or operational databases. The marketing site and product application are deliberately separate.
6. Changes to this notice
Ronpon Software Inc. may update this notice when website features, contact methods, hosting arrangements, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top will show when the notice was revised.
